University of Basrah Organizes a Scientific Symposium on the Psychological Effects of Ramadan Customs
The College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra organized a scientific symposium on the psychological effects of Ramadan customs.
The symposium aimed to shed light on the psychological and social challenges that individuals may face during the month of Ramadan and ways to achieve psychological balance.
The symposium, which was presented by a number of college instructors, included addressing the impact of fasting in enhancing spiritual atmospheres and reassurance, strengthening family and social ties, avoiding psychological exhaustion, and maintaining the simplicity of daily life, with the need to allocate time for rest to avoid the pressure of social occasions, avoiding negative habits that affect work and productivity, and maintaining a balance between worship and daily obligations.
