The Department of Office Affairs at the University of Basra carried out a campaign to remove debris and iron materials at the Bab Al-Zubair site as part of the university's efforts to improve the working environment and organize its sites.
The director of the department, Engineer Mahmoud Jafar, said that this campaign aims to remove iron waste and accumulated scrap to ensure a safer and cleaner environment, noting that the work was carried out according to a studied plan and in coordination with the competent authorities.
He added that the department continues to carry out similar campaigns at various university sites to ensure the maintenance of an organized and waste-free university environment.
