The Ibn Sina Center for e-Learning at the University of Basra issued a detailed electronic guide for blind students on how to use the Narrator program to read texts and data.
The guide aimed to develop sustainable development in solving the issues of people with special needs of blind students at the University of Basra, upgrading their digital skills and providing assistance to them at various educational stages.
The electronic guide included an explanation of the steps to activate the program and how to navigate inside the calculator screen, find and open applications, adjust the reading speed and the narrator's voice level.
