University of Basrah Welcomes School Students to Explore the Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum at the University of Basra welcomed a delegation of students from Al-Buzur Private School for an educational visit aimed at enhancing their awareness of environmental diversity and natural history.
The tour included introducing the students to the museum's various sections, where they viewed environmental models, skeletons, and stuffed animals. They also listened to simplified, age-appropriate explanations about the natural environment and the importance of preserving it, as well as the taxidermy techniques used in the museum.
This visit comes within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between the university and educational institutions, with the aim of providing an interactive educational experience that contributes to enriching students' knowledge and developing their passion for the natural sciences.
