The Center for Marine Sciences at the University of Basra organized a visit to Al-Bara'im Orphanage in Basra to implement the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1990) and to promote the rights of children to education, health and growth in a clean environment.
The visit included the distribution of in-kind and financial donations to put a smile on the faces of orphaned children.
