As part of its environmental sustainability policy... University of Basra continues to decorate its gardens.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance green spaces and spread beauty around the university, the Department of Divan Affairs at the University of Basra continued to plant seedlings, adding touches of joy and optimism to the university environment at the Karma Ali and Bab Al-Zubair sites.

"A group of seedlings were planted in addition to afforestation work, which contributes to improving the environment and providing more beautiful and comfortable places for students and affiliates," said the department's director, Engineer Mahmoud Jaafar.

These ongoing initiatives reflect the university's keenness to take care of the aesthetics of the campus, so that it will always remain a green oasis overflowing with life.
