A Lecturer at the University of Basrah Publishes a book on the Defective implementation of Contracting Contracts
Dr. Raed Atwan Saywan, a lecturer at the College of Law at the University of Basrah, published a book titled "Defective Implementation of Contracting Contracts: A Comparative Study."
The book, which includes three chapters spread over 200 pages, addresses the concept of a contracting contract. Like any other contract, if it is concluded and enforceable or binding on both parties, one of the most important obligations it entails is Implementation of work in accordance with the contract. The contractor is obligated to implement the work in accordance with the terms and specifications agreed upon in the contract with the employer, or implicitly, as dictated or imposed by the principles and traditions of the craft.
