University of Basra launches the second campaign to garden planting and landscaping
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basra launched its second campaign to plant various types of seedlings to provide shade and aromatic odors, with the participation of a number of students.
The campaign aimed to encourage students to be friends of the environment, develop their collective volunteer work, and educate them on caring for crops and perpetuating greenery with regular irrigation.
The campaign included planting and landscaping the college garden with dozens of types of flower and shrub seedlings suitable for the atmosphere of Basra city, which were provided by the College of Agriculture.
