University of Basra organizes a workshop on simplifying procedures and providing support for retirees
The Retirement Division of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University of Basra organized a workshop on simplifying procedures for retirees in the presence of officials of retirement units in the university's formations.
The workshop aimed to develop the staff responsible for organizing retirement transactions and prepare them to complete them according to a specific time limit and discuss the obstacles they face.
The workshop included preparing the staff responsible for completing the retirement transactions and urging them to organize all the requirements and requirements to prevent delays and to ensure the receipt of the pension salary on the specified dates, as well as completing the procedures related to adding the service, as well as accelerating the entry of information and data to issue the retirement identity one month before the date of separation in implementation of the organizational path adopted by the government and in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the follow-up of the University of Basra.
