University of Basra students take the medical oath at the Holy Shrine of Al-Alawiya

Graduates of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Basra took the medical oath at the Holy Alawiya Shrine.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Nawfal Ali Al-Mubarak, said that the students' performance of the medical oath in the Holy Alawite Shrine comes as a continuation of the joint cooperation between the university and the Holy Shrines in various scientific and cultural fields.

He added that the university is ready to provide hospitals and health institutions affiliated with the Holy Shrines with medical cadres from the graduates of the College of Human Medicine because they have great experiences that qualify them to work in these institutions.

For their part, the students expressed their thanks and appreciation to the General Secretariat of the Holy Alawiya Shrine for hosting this event, which develops in them the spirit of humanitarianism in practicing their medical profession in the future.
