University of Basra organizes a course on time management to improve project productivity

The Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Basra organized a training course on time management strategies to improve the productivity of small and large projects.

The course aims to demonstrate the importance of the time factor and dealing with it to manage agricultural projects, acquire skills for prioritization, task planning, and the ability to use modern tools and techniques to improve production.

The course, which was lectured by Dr. Khawla Daoud Kataa and Dr. Rawafed Hadi Qassim, included several themes that explain how to deal with time and invest it in managing any agricultural project, as time has a great impact on increasing production and improving the quality of the produced material by dealing with predefined timetables according to the project plan.
