University of Basra organizes a course on developing legal skills in administrative investigation

The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra organized a training course entitled "Developing Legal Skills in Administrative Investigation"

The course aims to clarify the rights and duties of the employee and the legal guarantees granted to him when he is referred for investigation, in addition to the procedures for appealing decisions to impose penalties.

The course, presented by Dr. Mohammed Jabbar Kraidy, included the Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees Law No. 14 of 1991, as amended, and the administrative investigation procedures from the formation of the investigative committee until the issuance of the decision, explaining the legal sanctions and their impact on the employee, in addition to the concept of "hand withdrawal" with its mandatory and permissive types.
