University of Basra organizes a workshop on establishing companies in Iraqi law
The Faculty of Law at the University of Basra organized a workshop on the legal procedures for establishing companies in Iraqi law.
The workshop aims to familiarize participants with the necessary steps for establishing companies, including choosing a trade name, reserving it and paying legal fees.
The workshop included a lecture by Mohammed Hassan Badr, an instructor at the college, during which he explained the procedures that the founder or founders or their agent must perform, starting from the reservation of the trade name until the issuance of the certificate of incorporation and the approval of the memorandum of association and incorporation in accordance with Iraqi law.
