University of Basrah Holds Workshop on Commercial Profitability Criteria in Industrial Projects
The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the College of Administration and Economics, organized a workshop entitled "Commercial Profitability Criteria in Industrial Projects."
The workshop aimed to educate about the foundations and criteria that ensure the economic success of industrial projects.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Mazen Sultan Aziz and lecturer Sattar Jubara Karim, covered several topics, including calculating initial capital, annual fixed and variable costs, revenues, as well as the return on capital criterion and payback period.
The workshop also discussed ways to enhance project success over its lifespan.
