A Master's Thesis at the University of Basrah Examines the Impact of Liquidity on the Banking Sector
A master's thesis at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah examined the impact of the financing structure in the banking sector on bank liquidity, studying a sample of commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2022.
The thesis, submitted by student Alaa Mohammed Shadhar, aims to analyze the relationship between the financing structure and bank liquidity in Iraqi commercial banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange.
According to the results of the FEM model, the thesis concluded that the ratio of owned capital to total assets is the most influential variable in banking liquidity compared to other sources of financing structure.
