A master's thesis at the Faculty of Education for Girls at the University of Basra examined "The Aesthetics of the Prayers of the Al-Sajjadiyyah - An Analytical Study"
The thesis submitted by the student
Marwa Saleh Jayyad aims to identify the aesthetic values of the prayers' texts and deal with them from an analytical, aesthetic and reflective perspective as a discourse that has its own linguistic and stylistic entity.
The thesis included four chapters in which she discussed the concept of aesthetics and textual aesthetics while shedding light on a summary of the life of Imam Zain al-Abidin (peace be upon him) and his Sajjadiyah newspaper, including (the aesthetics of the thresholds of the supplication), which studies the thresholds of the text that require standing on them as the main entrance to the text, which are the parallel texts to the supplication text, and the importance of the content that represents the ideas, objectives and purposes that have an impact on the mind of the recipient, with an indication of the aesthetic formation of the supplication, which is related to the process of creation and creativity through authorial techniques.
