University of Basra organizes a festival to introduce human rights
The University of Basra's Faculty of Education for Girls organized a student cultural festival on human rights education.
The festival aimed to spread awareness of human rights and promote the values of justice and equality, and included several cultural and awareness-raising activities, including an interactive cultural competition on human rights concepts, an art exhibition presented by deaf and dumb people, and a sign language interpreter to ensure everyone's participation.
The festival included student activities to promote self-learning and deep understanding of human rights.
The festival concluded by honoring the participants, to contribute to enhancing human rights awareness within the university environment.
