University of Basra Receives a Delegation from the Holy Hussaini Threshold
The President of the University of Basra, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim, and his assistant for administrative affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Nehmeh, received Sheikh Qahtan Al-Halafi, head of the Promising and Exemplary Student Association at the Holy Hussaini Threshold.
During the visit, they reviewed the cultural cooperation between the University of Basra and the Holy Hussaini Threshold and supported intellectual programs that embrace the creative and cognitive energies of students and give them the opportunity to compete in research and scientific competitions that used to be exclusive to teachers.
The visiting delegation gifted a blessed copy of the Holy Quran to the President of the University and praised the great role of the University of Basra in supporting cultural and religious activities that contribute to strengthening the tributaries of science and knowledge and stabilizing the moral foundations of Mohammedanism.
