University of Basrah Organizes Awareness Seminar on Psychotropic Substances
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basrah organized an awareness seminar on psychotropic substances and their types, with the participation of first-year students.
The seminar aimed to protect students from this destructive scourge, preserving their health and protecting society, as they are future leaders and nation-builders.
The seminar, delivered by Dr. Jalaa Amer Salman, introduced students to the types of psychotropic substances and their various sources, their mental, psychological, social, and physical harms, and how to avoid them.
