University of Basra holds its annual exhibition to celebrate its 61st anniversary
The College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Basra held its annual exhibition of the scientific products of faculty and students to celebrate its 61st anniversary.
The exhibition aimed to highlight the combined efforts of the college's advanced staff who presented their scientific and academic insights and expertise
The exhibition included patents, scientific research, awards and certificates obtained by teachers, a presentation of models of mummified animals in the traditional way and others by the Balsakta technique, the results of the branches and their scientific activities, as well as a presentation of the latest equipment used in laboratories, and the exhibition included entertainment paragraphs and a bazaar for handicrafts, crafts and types of plants The ceremony included the distribution of prizes for the winning students in the various sports activities, as well as the selection of the distinguished branch, where the branch of phylogenetics, pharmaceuticals and biochemistry received the shield of excellence and creativity in the exhibition, and at the end, the proceeds of this ceremony were presented to children fighting cancer.
