University of Basrah Organizes a Workshop on Women's Role in Society
The College of Nursing at the University of Basrah organized a workshop on Security Council Resolution 1325 on women and peace and how to implement its objectives.
The workshop aimed to introduce how to implement Security Council Resolution 1325 on women and their participation in political and social life.
The workshop included the presentation of research papers, in which the researchers explained the definition of international law 1325 as the first official document of the UN Security Council, signed in 2000, on women and peace.
