Dean of the College of Nursing Participates in the Deans' Committee Meeting
The Dean of the College of Nursing, Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad al-Nawab, participated in the regular meeting of the Deans' Committee of Nursing Colleges in Iraq for the 2025-2026 academic year, which was held at the College of Technical and Health Medicine at Duhok Polytechnic University.
The Dean of the College of Nursing, Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad al-Nawab, stated that the attendees discussed developing the educational process in nursing colleges and raising the level of professional performance of nurses in Iraq. They also discussed completing preparations for implementing the Bologna System in Iraqi nursing colleges, discussing the mechanism and feasibility of implementing the comprehensive examination for all educational levels in nursing colleges, obtaining approvals for assigning holders of master's and doctoral degrees to the health sector to fill the shortage of nursing faculty, and establishing a nursing college in the Kurdistan Region to fill the shortage of university nursing staff.
