University of Basra organizes a workshop on the services of Al Ain Foundation for Orphan Care
The Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Basra organized a workshop on the services of Al Ain Foundation for Orphan Care and the services it provides to the community.
The workshop aims to familiarize the faculty and affiliates of the college with the Foundation's efforts in serving orphans and the community and instilling a culture of giving and humanitarian work among university students.
The workshop included a lecture by Samir Abdul Nasser, head of the Promotion and Acquisition Department at Al Ain Foundation, during which he explained the role of Al Ain Foundation, which is an independent non-profit organization working under the patronage of the Supreme Reference Sayyid Ali Al Sistani, and has a public benefit status and consultative status at the United Nations. In addition to introducing the "My Story" program, which is the first rehabilitation project of its kind for orphans in Iraq that aims to empower them psychologically, educationally and professionally to ensure a better future for them.
