The thesis, presented by student Ali Abdul Karim Jawad Al-Hijami, aimed to examine the impact of land transportation by car on the development of tourist sites by exploring its types, patterns, and the potential correlation between transportation systems and the development of tourist sites, with the goal of making them easily accessible, safe, and enjoyable.
The thesis also discussed the impact of transportation routes and methods on activating the tourism sector in Dhi Qar Governorate, considering transportation as one of the key factors in the growth and prosperity of tourism activities in any country. It is impossible to talk about tourism sector development without an effective and advanced transportation system.
