To Promote Sustainable Development in Child Care… University of Basrah Visits Al-Zuhour Orphanage
The Marine Science Center at the University of Basrah organized a visit to Al-Zuhour Orphanage in Basrah.
The visit was carried out in implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (1990) and aimed to reinforce children’s rights to education, health, and growth in a clean environment.
The visit included the distribution of in-kind aid and psychological support to bring smiles to the faces of orphaned children.
