Assistant President of the University of Basrah for Scientific Affairs Inspects Progress of First-Round Final Examinations for the 2024–2025 Academic Year
As part of the University of Basrah’s ongoing commitment to ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of the first-round final examinations, Professor Dr. Haider Khazal Muhebis, Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, conducted a field visit to several examination halls. The purpose of the visit was to monitor the implementation of procedures aimed at creating an optimal examination environment.
During his inspection, Dr. Muhebis emphasized the importance of strict adherence to examination regulations and the enforcement of standards of fairness and academic integrity, in order to ensure equal opportunities for all students. He also highlighted the significance of maintaining preventive measures, particularly the use of electronic surveillance systems, to promote transparency and enable precise monitoring within examination halls.
The visit included a direct review of the readiness of the facilities, with attention to infrastructure and the provision of all necessary amenities to support student comfort. Dr. Muhebis also stressed the importance of technical and logistical support for the examination committees to help ensure the success of this critical phase.
