Delegation from Jahrom University in Shiraz Province Visits College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah
A delegation from Jahrom University in Shiraz Province, Iran, visited the College of Agriculture at the University of Basrah, where they met with the Dean, Dr. Sarmad Ghazi Mohammed, and several members of the College Council. The discussions focused on establishing bilateral relations between the two colleges within the framework of academic cooperation, sharing expertise, conducting joint research, and working collaboratively to advance the agricultural sector in both countries.
The delegation also toured several scientific laboratories and the Agricultural Research Station. In addition, they visited the exhibition of patents and student project posters presented by postgraduate students across various specializations.
The two sides emphasized the importance of activating reciprocal academic visits and enhancing scientific collaboration.
