University of Basra organizes a course titled "No Illiteracy"
Qurna College of Education at the University of Basra organized a literacy course titled "No Illiteracy" targeting the college's service staff.
The course aimed to enable participants to master the alphabet, deal with numbers, and understand daily expressions used in different areas of life such as personal information, shopping, and the work environment.
The course covered the basics of Arabic reading and writing, the principles of arithmetic, and lessons in reciting the Holy Quran.
The course organizers stressed that this program is part of the university's efforts to empower all its cadres and improve their knowledge and language level, which contributes to enhancing their professional performance and community interaction.
