The thesis, submitted by student Ali Jassim Mohammed, aims to identify the Hellenistic era in Mesopotamia (the Seleucid and Parthian periods), which constituted an important stage of civilizational, social and religious transformation, resulting from the blending of Western Greek civilization with Eastern civilizations.
The thesis included three chapters in which the student discussed (the historical and political features of the Hellenistic era, social life, and religious life).
