Basra Arts students present Hamlet
Students of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Basra presented the play Hamlet in the faculty hall.
According to the head of the translation department, Zainab Sami, the performance was presented by a group of students from the English language and translation departments.
She added that the theatrical performance is an important step to produce dramatic works for the literary curricula in the two departments, to embody their contents on the stage, and to activate the students' mental realization through studying the theoretical or written courses of those curricula and applying them practically.
