The Natural History Museum, in cooperation with Sanad for Human Rights in Basra, organized an awareness lecture entitled "International Mechanisms for the Protection of Human Rights", delivered by Professor Istabraq Joudeh
The lecture aimed to raise the level of legal and human rights awareness among members of the academic community and participants, by introducing the international mechanisms adopted to protect human rights.
The lecture highlighted the role of international conventions in safeguarding human dignity, and explained how to utilize them in the Iraqi reality to ensure justice and accountability.
