The University of Basra's Marine Science Center organized a course on how to stimulate a sense of citizenship towards environmental issues.
The course, which was lectured by Dr. Sita Aram Kurk, shed light on the concept of environmental citizenship, its dimensions, importance, components, foundations, components and means of development to promote sustainable development plans in the field of increasing awareness in preserving the environment and taking positive attitudes and behaviors against pollution.
