University of Basra faculty participates in the international conference of the Scoular Foundation
Wafaa Yasin Najm, an instructor at the University of Basra's College of Law, participated in the 10th International Scholar Conference held in Turkey.
The participation included the presentation of a research paper titled (Cyber Policies in International Relations).
The research aimed to show the effects of cyberspace on the political sphere between countries after it began to affect all aspects of life, and began to redraw the political landscape on the countries of the world, and at the same time works to reshape the political awareness of individuals and society, and helped cyberspace to end the monopoly of power in the traditional sense represented by hard power and the emergence of a new type of power, namely electronic power.
