University of Basra organizes a workshop on magnetic resonance imaging
The Faculty of Nursing at the University of Basra organized a workshop on Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the biliary and pancreatic system (MRCP).
The workshop aimed to introduce the MRCP technique, explain its working principle, and clarify the difference between MRCP and other types of imaging such as ERCP and CT.
The workshop included the presentation of several research papers during which the researchers explained the reasons for using MRCP in the evaluation of biliary and pancreatic diseases, as well as explaining the contraindications to the use of MRCP and possible complications.
