University of Basrah Organizes a Seminar on Marine Insurance and Risk Mitigation
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basra organized a seminar titled "Marine Insurance as a Moderating Variable of the Relationship between Proactive Leadership and Marine Risk Mitigation Mechanisms," as part of a survey study at the General Company for Ports.
The seminar, presented by lecturer Wafaa Ali Sultan and researcher Ali Saadi Taher, aimed to focus on the role of marine insurance in enhancing marine risk management, given the financial and organizational protection it provides.
The seminar also discussed the importance of proactive leadership and the identification of a stratified sample for the study, identifying key variables, and proposing amendments to improve research results.
