The Natural History Museum at the University of Basra held an awareness lecture as part of its series of activities in the field of human rights, entitled "Motivation and motivation is a manifestation of interest in human rights".
The lecture aimed to provide a supportive and stimulating environment that reflects a genuine interest in human rights because it contributes to enhancing their energies and potential, and gives them a sense of value and dignity.
The lecture, delivered by Mr. Maher Odeh Bustan, addressed the importance of motivation and motivation in promoting human rights values, and considering them as essential indicators of respect for human dignity within educational and societal institutions. The lecture also emphasized the role of the institutional environment in supporting individuals psychologically and professionally in order to achieve better performance and promote a positive work climate.
