For sustainable development in the elimination of oil pollutants in water. University of Basra discusses joint cooperation with the Marine Pollution Division
The University of Basra's Marine Science Center discussed with the Marine Pollution Division of the General Company of Iraq Ports the frameworks of joint cooperation in supporting research and development in the fields of green entrepreneurship, advising and training the company's employees on the latest research in the disposal of oil pollutants for coasts and marine territorial waters in support of sustainable development plans.
The meeting included a review of the mechanical and chemical methods followed by the Division in treating oil spills resulting from oil export operations.
