University of Basra organizes a course on the rules of recitation of the Holy Quran
The General Secretariat of the Central Library of the University of Basra, in cooperation with the Center for Studies and Teaching Persian Language, organized a training course for female employees in the recitation and tajweed of the Holy Quran.
The course, presented by the Qur'anic competition judge Ms. Nour Ali Hussein, dealt with theoretical and practical lessons in recitation and tajweed arts and their general rulings, mastery of letter exits and correct breathing, proper formation of sentences when stopping, starting and ending, reflection, good listening skills, and recitation etiquette.
