University of Basra examines the relationship between risk management and maritime logistics
A master's thesis at the University of Basra's Faculty of Management and Economics examined the relationship between risk management and maritime logistics, with the impact of knowledge sharing as a modifying variable.
The study, presented by student Murad Mohammed Abd Ali, included a survey study that included a sample of employees at the General Company for Iraqi Ports, with the aim of measuring the level of logistics services and analyzing the nature of the relationship with risk management. The thesis relied on a hypothesis model consisting of two main hypotheses and several sub-hypotheses, using the exploratory method to collect data. The study concluded by accepting the hypotheses that indicate the existence of a correlation and influence relationship between the variables, emphasizing the role of knowledge sharing in enhancing the effectiveness of maritime logistics services.
