University of Basrah Holds Martyrs' Photo Exhibition to Commemorate Their Human and National Sacrifices
The College of Marine Sciences at the University of Basrah held an exhibition of photos of martyrs who fell victim to crimes against humanity or who dedicated themselves to defending the Iraqi people against genocide that violated human rights.
The exhibition aimed to consolidate the concepts of human rights and the values of sacrifice and redemption in appreciation of their great contributions to serving social and humanitarian values, and to commemorate their eternal memory.
The exhibition witnessed widespread interaction from academic circles, including professors, staff, and students, reflecting the profound humanitarian impact of the event and the important and supportive role played by the college's deanship in encouraging such purposeful initiatives to instill the values of loyalty and sacrifice in the souls of students.
