University of Basra Staff Mobilize After Eid al-Adha Holiday
The divisions and staff of the Office Affairs Department at the University of Basra have mobilized their efforts intensively after the end of the Eid al-Adha holiday to rehabilitate university sites and prepare them for official work.
The Maintenance and Services Division at the Karma Ali site started rehabilitation and maintenance work on the internal streets, in addition to cleaning and removing waste from the main gates of the site, as part of a comprehensive campaign to improve the university work environment.
The Director of the Office Affairs Division, Engineer Mahmoud Jafar Jassim, stated that these efforts come within the work plan prepared by the division, which aims to prepare the university sites in accordance with the requirements of the next stage, and ensure a clean and safe environment for the affiliates and students.
Mahmoud also praised the great efforts exerted by the technical and service staff, stressing that the work will continue under the direct supervision of the divisional officials to ensure that the tasks are completed with the required efficiency and in a timely manner.
