University of Basra Holds the Fifteenth Session of Its Regular Council at the University Hospital
The University of Basra held the fifteenth morning session of its regular council for the academic year 2024-2025 at the University Hospital, chaired by Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazim and attended by his assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, the secretary of the council and its members.
The session witnessed a presentation of the directives of the university president and assistants, in addition to emphasizing the implementation of ministerial directives and the instructions of the opinion body on a number of important matters.
The Council also discussed the proposal to develop clinical training and daily evaluation of the internal medicine course for the sixth stage medical students, the project to revive the use of the official Arabic language in universities, and other items on its agenda
The Council also reviewed the report of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department and the report of the representative of the research centers, and voted on resolutions supporting the educational process aimed at developing the research and administrative reality in the university's formations.
