University of Basra organizes a research trip to Shuaiba Refinery
A scientific team at the University of Basra Polymer Research Center organized a field research trip to the laboratories of the Shuaiba Refinery in Basra within the framework of scientific cooperation between academic institutions and industrial sectors.
The director of the center, Dr. Zainab Juma Swayeh, said that the research trip included providing scientific advice to the workers in the laboratories after reviewing the research and technical infrastructure of the laboratories specialized in testing and analysis of oil derivatives and industrial materials such as the quality control and measurement laboratory, chemical analysis laboratory, civil aviation fuel analysis laboratory, fat and oil testing laboratory, gas testing laboratory, water testing laboratory, and asphalt analysis laboratory.
