University of Basra professor participates in Misrata Humanities Conference
Dr. Nizar Abdul Mohsen Jaafar, a professor at the University of Basra's Faculty of Arts, participated in the Second Misrata International Conference for Humanities and Applied Sciences.
The participation included a paper titled "The Sultan's Purposes and the Formulation of the State by Ibn Qutaiba al-Dinouri (d. 276 AH) in his book Oyun al-Akhbar".
The research aimed at explaining the efforts of Ibn Qutaiba al-Dinouri in his book Oyoun al-Akhbar.
