Basrah University Organizes a Discussion Session on the Law Governing Consulting Offices
The Marine Science Center at the University of Basra organized a discussion session on the Law on Scientific and Consultancy Services Offices in Higher Education Institutions No. (7) of 1997, and its subsequent amendments for the year 2023.
The session, moderated by Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed and Dr. Raghad Shubar Jafar, included extensive discussions on the amendment of the law and the ministerial instructions issued in its interpretation, and how to improve the quality of services and consultations provided by the center's marine consulting office to government institutions, the private sector, and civil society organizations.
