University of Basrah Launches Free Courses as Part of “Education for All” Initiative
The Continuing Education Center at the University of Basrah has launched a series of free training courses under the patronage of the University President, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, and under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Jabbar Ameen Al-Latif, Director of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, who contributed to supporting this program and providing all the necessary resources for organizing such activities. The opening was also attended by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ayman Saleh Naama, as part of the “Education for All” initiative.
The inauguration was attended by more than 150 male and female students, in addition to a number of academics and development specialists, and included a presentation showcasing the Center’s outputs.
Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Imad Al-Rubaie, Director of the Center, affirmed that this program embodies the university’s true mission of serving the community.
