University of Basrah Holds Training Workshop for Social Research Units on Mechanisms for Using Social Work Records
As part of its efforts to enhance professional practices and build staff capacity, the University of Basrah organized a training workshop targeting the staff of social research units at universities.
The workshop aimed to train personnel in this field on how to use and organize social work records in a way that ensures improved quality of student and social services, and to standardize administrative and documentation procedures within the relevant units.
The workshop included a lecture on the classification and documentation of students’ social cases, mechanisms for follow-up, and preparation of periodic reports, in addition to developing participants’ technical and administrative skills.
