Vice President for Administrative Affairs at the University of Basrah Inspects Administrative and Service Divisions
Dr. Ayman Saleh Neamah, Vice President for Administrative Affairs at the University of Basrah, conducted an inspection visit to the Retirement Division and the Horticulture Division to review workflow processes and the execution of assigned tasks.
During the visit, he met with staff members and discussed key issues aimed at improving performance and enhancing the services provided by the university. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and cooperation among all divisions to achieve shared objectives.
Dr. Ayman urged the staff responsible for processing retirement transactions to organize all requirements and documentation to avoid delays and ensure the timely disbursement of retirement salaries. He also stressed the need to complete service extension procedures and expedite the input of data and information required to issue retirement IDs at least one month before the employee’s official departure date, in line with the government’s organizational pathway and the directives of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the follow-up by the University President.
Additionally, the Vice President ordered a letter of appreciation to be awarded to the employees of the Horticulture Division in recognition of their outstanding efforts in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the university campus. He expressed his gratitude for their dedication and ongoing contributions to the university.
