University of Basrah Organizes Workshop on Judicial Notification in Iraqi Law
The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a workshop addressing the legal challenges of judicial notification in Iraqi law.
The workshop aimed to shed light on the issue of notifications, as it represents one of the most critical aspects of the Iraqi Civil Procedure Law.
The session included a lecture delivered by faculty member Zaman Fawzi Kati’, who emphasized the importance of proper notification procedures in judicial work. She explained that failure to carry out notifications correctly can delay the resolution of cases within the legally prescribed timeframe and result in the case remaining pending until notification procedures are completed.
