As Part of Ongoing Official Meetings … University of Basrah Land Committee Continues Coordination with Local Government on Housing Allocation

As part of its ongoing efforts, the Central Committee responsible for land allocation for faculty members at the University of Basrah held an official meeting with the Deputy Governor of Basrah, Mr. Maher Al-Amer, to follow up and finalize the official procedures for allocating a residential district for the university’s academic staff.

The meeting addressed the legal and administrative aspects of the allocation process and explored ways to expedite the necessary procedures, with the aim of securing the rights of faculty members and recognizing their academic and intellectual contributions to society and the advancement of education in the province.

This step is part of a comprehensive strategic vision adopted by the University of Basrah to strengthen the academic environment and ensure social and economic stability for its staff, thereby positively impacting both academic performance and institutional development.
